Let me give you some context. The blog consisted of documenting struggles in bedtime routines with children. After <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">reading<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\"> of how a <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">mother<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\"> tried to please her daughter in cycling through bedtime routines until the best bedtime routine was formed, this comment <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">busted<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\"> out of the crowd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\">I can just picture a mother&#8217;s mentality (having experienced similar bedtime annoyances of children escaping the dreadful <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">un<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\">-railed bed) of doing a bedtime routine for the sole <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_6\">purpose<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\"> of getting a child to go to sleep. And then I read this post:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"comment-content\">\n<blockquote style=\"color:rgb(51,51,153);\">\n<p>I still sing to my girls.  However my oldest is 7 and she&#8217;s starting to understand that Mommy can&#8217;t sing well. <\/p>\n<p>Also, I occasionally, if hassled enough, will read them a book.<\/p>\n<p>Then of course the night ends by me yelling, &#8220;GET BACK INTO BED!!&#8221;, or &#8220;Stop playing around, or I&#8217;ll come in there and throw away your stuffed animals.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>and maybe by &#8216;throw away&#8217; I mean cut Winnie the Pooh&#8217;s head off&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\">I have never laughed so hard at a blog before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\">Now, before you freak out on me and think I have a horrific sense of humor, please note that I would never imagine a mother would actually <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_7\">decapitate<\/span> a favorite Pooh Bear, but I too have experienced the utter annoyance for those little ones who feel the great need to <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_8\">floo<\/span> the coop for a half hour or so after bedtime has <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">officially<\/span> ended ten times over.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\">And someone vocalizing it was absolutely <\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\" class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_9\">hilarious<\/span><span style=\"color:rgb(102,102,204);\"> to me this morning at sun-up. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was reading a blog&#8217;s comments (yep, I had a bunch of extra time this morning since I bathed last night) and I found this comment.
