My sister was throwing a party and I looked forward to the joys  of spending time with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xanga.com\/lilyvsthorns\"><span style=\"color:#6600cc;\">my sis<\/span> <\/a>and her <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">roomie<\/span>, Sarah. The party went well with much laughing and talking with new faces. Matt, Tara and I played Pirates of the <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">Caribbean<\/span> Life and we played a white elephant-type game for presents. The game became quite lively with a few key presents being fought over. It was fun.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Around 5pm the party had died down and most of the guests had left. Sarah, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">Jes<\/span>, Matt, Scott (Sarah&#8217;s boyfriend) and Megan remained. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Want a sandwich?&#8221; <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">Jes<\/span> asked me knowing that I had not eaten lunch [or breakfast for that matter].<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>I happily received the offered tuna sandwich on Rye. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>After getting a few good bites of sandwich, Sarah asked for a bite.<\/div>\n<div>I was in the process of finding a new music selection, so I tossed my response to her over my shoulder, &#8220;No prob. Have as much as you&#8217;d like.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Sarah took a bite.. &#8220;<span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">Oooo<\/span>&#8230; the bread&#8217;s hard.&#8221; Came her quiet comment. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>When I returned to my seat after happily discovering a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicnotes.com\/images\/features\/artists\/groban_josh\/groban_closer.jpg\"><span style=\"color:#990000;\">Josh <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">Groban<\/span> CD<\/span> <\/a>guess what I discovered&#8230;<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>the parts of the sandwich that were the softest remained on my plate.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Sarah&#8217;s selflessness is amazing.  <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had the privilege of traveling down to Cincinnati to visit my sister on New Years Day.
